At York's house, dinner time

This has all been planned at the last minute, and York only has so much to spend on all of this, but in the end he splits his budget up by halves—half to spend on food for the preparty, and half for the visit to the strip club later. He's told everyone to arrive by 6pm, and he's done what he can to help North prepare the ribs and other food, though sometimes having York's help in the kitchen is more of a hindrance than anything.

York's thought of everything though, buying a good selection of sodas, sides, and of course, the piñata that Ripley had insisted he buy. It is star-shaped, just as she suggested it should be. He's put it out on the network several times by now, so hopefully they'll have a good turnout, even if some of the people there are people they don't know.

By the time the first few people arrive York's got the spread set out, and is standing by drinking a cola and eating some chips. But he's happy to set them aside to answer the door.

At the strip club, later on

York's ready for the night to come, hiring a taxi service to haul anyone planning to come with him, and soon enough they're going through the doors of the strip club his cursory research has led him to pick out. It's a club with both male and female strippers, and he hands some of his closest friends a small stack of one dollar bills before settling in at a table.

He's drinking and it doesn't take long before he's not at all sober. He's clearly having a good time just being here, even if he doesn't have much cash left to pay for lap dances.
